”华府华人 助力冬奥“ 是由美中经济文化交流协会主办。在美国马州巴尔地摩东京海馆举办，参加的有侨界，学界，商界，还有体育界老冠军，中国驻美大使馆李克新公使及他们的团队共有数百人。李克新公使讲到：从申办到成功举办离不开海外侨胞的努力，中国现在的国家实力，举办大型活动水平有新的提高，又有华人华侨支持，中国完全有理由，有信心成功申办2022年冬奥。
